I have so much to say, I don’t even know where to begin!
Chicks Ahoy! won our first public bout against the Bay Street Bruisers with a score of 131 – 63. It was an incredible experience. I skated in the game with a cracked tailbone – smart, I know, but there was no way I was missing the game – and have minor injuries to show for it. I’ve done something to my bad knee, but I’ll get it checked out. The after party was insane. Awesome, but insane.
I got up after about three hours of sleep on Sunday morning to drive out to the Canadian Superbike Championship at Mosport. I felt AWFUL, to say the least, but really wanted to see the racing. It was great, even though we were rained on for quite a while, and I was so excited to see the Women’s Cup. Those girls are so cool. I want to race!!
And the best part…………I had an interview at Yamaha this morning (for my internship) and it went swimmingly. So I’m feeling pretty good.
~And I missed it!
Heal up Lindsay. You have butts to keep kicking! I so wish I could see one!!!!!
